JOB REQUIREMENTS: Total Rewards Coordinator - TOTAL012066 RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: Implements strategies to achieve the goals for the organization and the Human Resources Total Rewards function. Sustains policies, procedures and programs. Typically works on projects and tasks that span 3 - 12 months. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: 1. Responsible for processing invoices for benefits carriers and vendors. 2. Acts as an resource to Employee Service Center on employee benefit questions. Review, update and modify knowledge base articles for total rewards as needed. 3. Participate in the coordination of annual open enrollment. Develop communications, knowledge base articles and assist employees with enrollment in plans. 4. Prepares reports and forms to ensure compliance supporting benefit function and regulations. 5. Manage missed deductions process and review any missed deduction amounts with recent pay period. Communicate to employees amounts owed for current benefit premiums. Escalate to Total Rewards management any missed deductions that need to be spread across various pay periods. 6. Oversee short-term disability, long-term disability and life insurance claims. Complete short term disability employer statements. 7. Complete weekly benefit enrollment reporting and processing. Communicate to employees new hire packets for enrollment. 8. Conducts and participate in benefit surveys to identify trends, opportunities for improvement and ensure benefit package is competitive. 9. Oversee various benefit audit processes: Qualified Medical Child Support Orders, Qualified Life Events, Dependent Verification. Escalate to Total Rewards Analyst if needed. 10. Monitor and pull reports for Vitality Wellbeing program. 11. Project and Change Management: Effectively plans and manages own work to reliably complete routine job responsibilities and special assignments. Periodically serves as a team member or subject matter expert on formal or department projects. Effectively engages in change affecting 12.
