Our Tellers actively promote and sell North Shore Bank products and services. Successful Tellers are comfortable in a sales referral role and actively engage our customers in meaningful conversations; ask questions to identify cross-selling opportunities; and make an appropriate blend of qualified referrals to other branch personnel and branch business partners. In this role, you will also reach out to customers via telephone to develop banking relationships and inform customers of our products and services.
