Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Global Market Development Manager to join our team. As a world-class leader in the life sciences industry, Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. offers outstanding opportunities for growth and professional development. In this role, you will focus on the global market for the cell biology business’ neuro and stem cell portfolios. Working closely with cross functional teams, you will lead marketing segment strategy and implement customer-centric marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand, delight customers and achieve sales, marketing, and revenue goals. This role focuses on building GTM (Go to Market) strategies that drive revenue growth for key customer segments and developing a near and long-term strategy for the 3D model's market.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing efforts as well as drive the near (this year) long-term marketing strategy for 3D models within the Cell Bio business unit.

  • Develop strategic, multi-channel integrated marketing plans aimed at growing customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.

  • Craft compelling value propositions for assigned workflow portfolios in targeted segments, ensuring they resonate with customers and prospects.

  • Collaborate with a matrixed team to plan, build and implement NPI (New Product Introduction) launches to support business revenue goals.

  • Drive lead generation programs that result in sales and long-term customer engagement.

  • Work with our digital team to build a digital-first strategy and evolve our customers’ digital story to enable better conversions

  • Evaluate and provide insights on important marketing metrics, using existing data to guide future strategies and improve marketing return on investment.

  • Collaborate with product management and commercial teams to develop sales enablement tools, technical training, and customer-facing materials.

  • Ensure high-quality content and sales enablement by effectively engaging with product marketing, commercial teams, agencies, and marketing operations.

  • Work closely with internationally based regional marketing managers to scale marketing campaigns.

  • Foster collaboration by nurturing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, innovative technologies, and market environment.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field required.

  • A minimum of 7+ years proven experience in global marketing, preferably with a life sciences focus.

  • Demonstrated history of creating and implementing effective marketing strategies across multiple channels.

  • Strong analytical skills that enable driving actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.

  • Knowledge of neuro and stem workflows and portfolios is highly desirable.

  • Experience in sales enablement, product marketing, and working with KOLs is a plus.

  • Expertise staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Wisconsin is $118,100.00–$150,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
