This position is responsible for maximizing global sales and profitability of all Rite-Hite and affiliated product lines with respect to major accounts within the assigned market through effective involvement with industry customers, representative organizations, Regional Sales Vice Presidents and District Managers in regard to major job involvement and major job strategic planning.In addition,enhancing long term customer relationships through direct contact is a key part of this position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The incumbent must develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the business of the assigned marketplace at its target accounts.This is to include developing an in depth knowledge of the Rite Hite Representative\'s businesses and its business practices of working with Rite Hite as a US based manufacturer. This position will manage the Global Accounts as well as the Major Accounts within the assigned marketplace. This includes assuring that the full line of market appropriate products is being sold into the market and it\'s accounts, that acceptable margins are being maintained, and that this is done globally where global accounts are operating. The incumbent will be assigned 10-15 target accounts and is responsible for turning them into Global or Major Accounts. This includes developing and executing a business plan for each account each year. These accounts will potentially be assigned with headquarters based in both Independent Representative territories as well as Arbon\'s territory. The position may be assigned a specific industry to specialize in to build and grow Rite-Hite\'s position in the industry specific marketplace.
