Quality Assurance Engineering - Advisor

TITLE: Quality Assurance Engineering - Advisor

EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC

LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES: Perform validations in Quality Assurance, Stage, and Production environments for Fiserv boarding applications. Lead the daily stand-up call to review JIRA board and discuss any open issues and concerns. Work with the development and business teams to understand upcoming projects and programs. Perform load testing and API testing. Report and track defects in a timely manner during test execution. Provide technical leadership, mentoring and training to less experienced individuals.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field and 7 years in any job title involving manual and automation testing experience. Prior experience must include: 3 years with Java and JavaScript programming languages; 3 years of UI Automation using Protractor, Selenium, or WebdriverIO; 2 years of API testing using Postman or Rest Assured; Working with TestNG or Cucumber; POS Manual and Automation functionality testing; Working with Source control, GitHub, JIRA and Confluence; Working with Waterfall, Agile Scrum, or Agile Kanban methodologies; Building an automation framework from initiation through end-to-end testing; Working with Version control systems including Jenkins and BitBucket; and Load balancing testing using JMeter.
