The goal of Catholic Charities\' Pregnancy and Parenting Support is to increase healthy birth outcomes among at-risk, low income families by helping individuals develop tools for good decision making. Expectant parents carefully explore all their options and make a thoughtful and appropriate plan for their baby, whether it is an adoption plan or a parenting plan. Services are funded through the United Way and Catholic Stewardship appeal and are provided at no charge to the client. The Pregnancy Support program serves the ten counties of the Milwaukee Archdiocese, and meetings can take place at the individual\'s home, one of our offices, or within the community. Services are comprehensive, confidential, and provided to people of all faiths. What will I do as a Pregnancy Support Case Manager? In this role, you will Provide in-home education and personalized support to help parents have a safe pregnancy, healthy birth outcomes, and healthy start to parenting. Guide individuals through pregnancy, offering life-affirming emotional support and ensuring they have access to accurate and timely information, including the option of adoption planning. Walk beside the expectant parent through adoption planning and legal process if adoption is chosen. Assist clients in accessing community-based resources to support family independence and community integration, such as food, medical, housing, and material goods support.
