JOB REQUIREMENTS: HIRING BONUS: \$450 Must be fully vaccinated and provide COVID-19 vaccination card Niche DEI is looking for Painters for both 2nd & 3rd shift, with 2 to 3 years of Rail Car, Automotive or Industrial painting experience, for an exciting job opportunity working on Trains! 3rd shift Differential pay available. Key requirements of the job include, but are not limited to: Perform and analyze surface preparation and painting works according to the production necessities, complying with technical and quality standards and specifications, to assure the required quality is met. Prepare painting and equipment for final finishing both in coaches and locomotives, as well as for small pieces. Prepare and paint locomotives and coaches for the interior and exterior finishing painting. Detect and resolve errors during surface treatment process. Other important qualifications: Must be able to take and pass a pre-employment drug test Must provide COVID vaccine card upon job offer Company pay 100% Health Benefits for the employee, 50% for dependents, 401K with company match and a great time off policy.
