Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in metal manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and capable of interfacing with customers and working closely with the sales team to get the job done. This role involves dealing with projects from start to finish, creating work instructions, and participating in customer meetings both on-site and off-site. We are looking for someone willing to learn and be flexible as the role may involve some customization. The position is open due to internal role shifting and requires a candidate who can collaborate effectively with the sales team.
Responsibilities
Interact and work with the sales team to achieve project goals.
Create and manage work instructions.
Participate in customer meetings and provide product information.
Handle projects from start to finish.
Contribute to process improvements and technical sales support.
Essential Skills
Experience in metal manufacturing.
Ability to interface with customers.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with work instructions and process improvements.
Technical sales support experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Significant experience in manufacturing and metals can be considered in lieu of a degree.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
