Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be directly reporting to the Maintenance Manager. Your primary duties will include performing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of various equipment such as conveyers, pumps, packaging machines, freeze dryers, grinders, belts, motors, and bearings. You will be part of a dynamic team, working alongside 2 to 3 colleagues during each shift. Your daily responsibilities will also include scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment and replacement of failed components.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

The work environment includes 12-hour rotating night shifts (5 PM - 5 AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule. As part of a growing maintenance team currently consisting of 22 members, with plans to expand to at least 27 mechanics, you will have the unique opportunity to work in an environment that values direct communication and hands-on coaching. Please note that our office spaces frequently have dogs present as part of our daily operations.
