JOB REQUIREMENTS: Please review the full job posting including the required skills and experience to understand the expected qualifications for this role. 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead Associate \$22.62/hour (\$21.12/hr starting rate + \$1.50 Shift differential + Pay for experience) SCHEDULE: 1:30pm-10:00pm Sunday - Thursday (OT available) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ZExa0jMk-4 Milwaukee, WI Primary responsibilities will include: Direct the day-to-day warehouse activities including picking, packing, and loading of customer orders and transfers. Monitor and verify the accuracy of outbound shipments by checking items and quantities against picking documents. Ensure that all customer orders and branch transfers are filled, packaged, loaded, and delivered correctly and on schedule. Monitor to ensure that security procedures are being followed. Monitor equipment maintenance and housekeeping. Share information concerning best practices, procedures, and policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Assist in training and development of associates. Monitor attendance, hours worked and job performance. Required Skills: Minimum of one year warehouse experience. Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized, and positive warehouse environment. Able to comprehend oral and written communication skills to effectively read labels, tickets, and other product documentation. Ability to frequently lift, push, carry, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 75 lbs. Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse in various temperatures. Able to accurately use basic math skills. Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week. Attention to detail and good time management skills.
