Are you ready to embark on an exciting role? The High-Volume Recruiter manages full-cycle recruiting, including screening and submitting candidates provided, while also asking probing questions. It demands technical proficiency, multitasking abilities, polished communication skills, and organization skills in a high-volume environment.

This VIRTUAL SEASONAL CONTRACT will tentatively start July 29 th to mid-August and wrap up mid- late January 2025. This position will start at $22+ per hour based on experience.

This position will involve high-volume screening, scheduling, interviewing, managing candidate relationships, extending offers, and collaborating with the recruiting team.

Required Technical/ Functional Skills:

  • 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience

  • Experience recruiting in a metrics-driven environment with heavy phone time required.

  • Ability to build effective relationships with the recruiting team and candidates

  • Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing

  • Ability to remain adaptable and flexible

  • Strong candidate experience focus

  • Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking

  • PC Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate within various technology systems.

Required Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have:

  • Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak in both languages

Salary: $37,500 to $62,500
