Job Summary This position provides subject matter expertise in the design, implementation, communication and cost-effective administration of Harley-Davidson\'s compensation programs. This includes the administration of base pay, short- and long-term incentive plans, global compensation and regulatory compliance. In partnership with the business and Human Resources leaders, supports the development of the strategic direction towards the ongoing evolution of global best practices for reward programs in alignment with the overarching Total Rewards philosophy. Serves as an internal resource to management in the development of reward and recognition programs that attract and retain talent, encourage expected behaviors, and reward the achievement of desired business results. Serving in a Center of Excellence capacity, works in collaboration with Human Resources Business Services, Finance, Legal, Global Information Services, line management and external consulting partners to achieve organizational reward program objectives.
