Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are adding an Account Executive II to our growing Technical Services division in Milwaukee, WI. Are you a driven and highly motivated sales professional passionate about the built environment? We seek a dynamic candidate to join our team of high-performing sales professionals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the industry by offering consultative sales solutions to our clients in the built environment. We\'re looking for someone who comes from the buyers\' side in higher education preferred, or who understands regulatory requirements impacting our business and interprets how they interact with services provided to higher education customers. In this role, your day-to-day will consist of: Developing and executing a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets Building solid relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in higher education Delivering consultative sales solutions to meet the unique needs of each client Staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations and sharing this knowledge with clients Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for our clients Developing and updating project schedules What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry 5-7+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets working with higher education clients. Bachelor\'s degree in business, engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent business experience preferred. Knowledge of financial acumen required.
