Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in the Plastics Manufacturing industry, based in Milton, Wisconsin. This job demands a strong understanding of standard commercial contracts and vendor agreements. The candidate will be expected to use their legal expertise to help integrate the Ironclad system into our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and oversee standard commercial contracts.

• Manage vendor agreements to ensure they are in line with the company's needs.

• Utilize legal knowledge and skills in the use of Ironclad, a digital contracting platform.

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal activities associated with the Plastics Manufacturing industry.

• Use Case Management Software to track and manage cases effectively.

• Use Adobe Acrobat and Document Management skills for maintaining accurate records.

• Leverage 3M knowledge to support the operations in the Plastics Manufacturing industry.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as the company's internal policies.

• Use Conveyancer skills to manage legal documents and transactions.

• Apply knowledge in Contract Management to ensure smooth business operations. Requirements • Must hold a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state

• Proven experience in the field of law, preferably within a manufacturing environment

• Demonstrated knowledge of legal principles related to the plastics manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in legal research and ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations

• Strong negotiation skills and ability to draft and review legal documents

• Proficiency in using legal software like Case Management Software, Ironclad, and Conveyancer for efficient case management and document management

• Proficiency in using '3M' and 'Adobe Acrobat' for document creation and management

• Familiarity with contract management and ability to advise on legal aspects of the company’s strategic initiatives

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders

• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the company's legal and ethical standards

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Familiarity with consumer electronics laws and regulations is preferred.
