Position Title: Manufacturing Production Supervisor (Bi-lingual)

Schedule(s)/Hours Mon. - Fri. ( 8:00 am- 4:30 pm)

Location: Milford, CT

The Manufacturing Production Supervisor will be responsible supervision of employees, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes. Monitor production operations.

Responsibilities Include:

· Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives

· Manage the workflow and preparing schedules.

· Supervise and coach employees and monitor productivity.

· Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.

· Perform verification of production output according to specifications

· Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards

Qualifications Include:

· HS Diploma required.

· MUST be bi-lingual (Spanish/ English)

· Technical or manufacturing training strongly recommended.

· Experience production planning required.

· 2-3 years' manufacturing experience . Supervisory management experience preferred

· Excellent communication and teambuilding skills

· Able to work in a fast paced environment

Technical requirements

· Advanced Planning and Scheduling techniques.

· MS office proficient. Advanced MS Excel, Data analytics

· Experience operating machinery and tools

Physical Requirements

· Ability to easily lift at least 20- 25 lbs.

Compensation : The salary range for this position is $90,000- $100,000 per year and is commensurate with experience.
