Description and Requirements
We are searching for a motivated data and business analyst to support IDG (Intelligent Devices Group) organization,with data collection, processing, tracking, analysis, communication and presentation.
Your Responsibilities:
Familiarity with the IT industry and solid understanding of business performance metrics.
Collect, analyze, and interpret financial, operational and market data across multiple geographies
Assist in creating reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), support operational (daily and on spot) analysis
Focus to track and support Business Planning process and future developments
Monitor, evaluate and report the business group performance against the target and any additional KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects and process improvements
Work closely with other departments and all geographies to gather relevant data and insights
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
Proficiency in using advanced analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik Sense) is a plus
Proficiency in English language and Italian language
Ability to adapt and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing environment
Detail-oriented with a passion for working with data to drive business decisions and to challenge status quo
Good communication skills, both written and verbal (presenting findings and recommendations)
