Description and Requirements

We are searching for a motivated data and business analyst to support IDG (Intelligent Devices Group) organization,with data collection, processing, tracking, analysis, communication and presentation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with the IT industry and solid understanding of business performance metrics.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret financial, operational and market data across multiple geographies

  • Assist in creating reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), support operational (daily and on spot) analysis

  • Focus to track and support Business Planning process and future developments

  • Monitor, evaluate and report the business group performance against the target and any additional KPIs

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects and process improvements

  • Work closely with other departments and all geographies to gather relevant data and insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field and at least 2 years of relevant professional experience

  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel

  • Proficiency in using advanced analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik Sense) is a plus

  • Proficiency in English language and Italian language

  • Ability to adapt and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing environment

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for working with data to drive business decisions and to challenge status quo

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal (presenting findings and recommendations)
