About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced LATAM Accountant Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in accounting and administrative functions in Mexico and Brazil within the manufacturing or services industries. The candidate should be proficient in managing reconciliations, financial reporting, audits, and month-end closings using various ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general ledger reconciliations, including bank accounts, payroll, and compensations.
Record provisions, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and adjustments.
Process purchase orders, revaluations, and reclassifications.
Ensure accurate monthly and annual financial closings.
Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
5+ years of experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries.
Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Microsoft 360, HFM/EDW, and FUSION.
Proven experience in managing financial audits and reconciliations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) Portuguese will be a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience handling corporate splits, process migrations, and large-scale financial projects.
Ability to work independently and drive process improvements.

30,000 - 35,000 MXN Gross per month according to experience
