Description

We are partnering with a well-established company located in Middletown known for delivering outstanding, timely results to their clients. We are currently seeking an efficient and dedicated Project Assistant to become an integral part of their dynamic team. The Project Assistant will serve as a support figure to the Project Manager, providing assistance in project planning, coordination, and tracking to ensure the successful deliverance of project goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager with planning and coordination of projects.

  • Help in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Assist in preparation of project reports and documentation.

  • Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures.

  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.

  • Ensure project deadlines are met and delegate tasks to relevant team members.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and minutes taking.

  • Conduct project related research when required.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Project Assistant or similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

  • Excellent time management and communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Prior experience in a similar field would be an added advantage, though not mandatory as on-the-job training will be provided.
