Kelly Services Electronic Operator in Middletown, Pennsylvania

Production Operator

The position is responsible for performing numerous functions associated with the manufacturing operation.? This includes activities pertaining to independent machine set up, changeover, and operation of semi-automated and automated machines for production of various products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

SOLDERING and Circuit Board experience required.

*• May be required to operate machines such as but not limited to CMS Plotter, Blue Mark, EZ Label, and PLS Web Printer. *

*• Performs hand assembly of various products *

• Performs final assembly and packaging of various assemblies

• Performs screening and separation of various parts

• Responsible for recording assembly time data and completion of all associated routing, quality documents, and other related forms

• Performs miscellaneous assigned tasks

• Assist in other Production areas as needed

• Focus on increasing productivity in all activities

• Follow necessary PPE requirements, appropriate ISO specifications and company procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Must be willing to be cross trained in several assembly functions to meet constantly changing production requirements

• Must be willing to work overtime periods including weekends to meet production demands.

• Must be willing to be moved into various work centers to meet production requirements or where skills best serve department and company goals
