JOB OVERVIEW: As a Feature Producer, you will work closely with the Feature Production leadership to drive daily operations that improve the quality of our product. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work through feedback and process improvements. Above all, we are looking for a dedicated, organized and energetic individual to work with our teams to set up and maintain a reliable system for Reviews, Planning and supporting documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drives Feature development from concept to release, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of the product. * Drives Feature Reviews and Playtests. * Works with Senior Production to attend Milestone Reviews and generate notes and tasks accordingly. * Attends Planning meetings and generates notes and tasks accordingly and ensures that dependencies are mapped. * Takes initiative removing team roadblocks and escalating risks to impacted parties. * Maintains documentation for process best practices. In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is \$29.81 - \$55.14 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location.
