Pay Rate: $17.50

Shift/Hours : Monday – Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm (30-minute lunch) Flexibility is required.

What’s a typical day as an Area Customer Service Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Supporting daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of all Managed Services Accounts within an assigned operational area

• Handling mail runs, copy jobs, shipping and receiving

• Assisting with process improvement and ensuring field compliance with operational best practices

• Supporting the implementation of new customer accounts and service expansions

• Onboarding new team members and cross training peers

• Inspecting site procedures for accuracy and compliance

• Providing feedback on site experience to improve customer satisfaction

• Assisting with site management in the absence of onsite resources

• Traveling to and from various accounts to provide operational support

• Creating and maintaining a customer-focused environment

• Escalating customer issues and supporting their resolution

• Communicating effectively and responding quickly to customer and end user communication

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience

• Have the ability to move locations in one day if required by the business

• Experience with handling mail, shipping and receiving

• Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage.

• Have intermediate skill level on most common software applications (Microsoft)

• Experience/knowledge of using office equipment such as fax and copy machines

• Have the ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations

• Possess basic math skills and good judgment in problem-solving

• Have excellent oral communication skills and the ability to resolve customer-related issues

• Have the ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
