An Entertainment Manager is responsible for creating, manage and publicizing all activities and programs in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As an Entertainment Manager, you are responsible for creating, manage and publicizing all activities and programs in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Create, manage and promote all activities and programs for the spa/salon/fitness center/health club and pool.
• Ensure financial profitability within all the activities developed.
• Offer quality activities both for adults and kids.
• Measure the positive impact of the activities offered.
• Supervise the Entertainment team and their expected performance.
• Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety, among others.

• High School Graduate or equivalent required
• Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
• Intermediate English language skills
• Basic computer knowledge

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous customer service experience
