Description
Seeking R&D Engineer with 3+ years of experience to contribute to and lead applied R&D programs.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities *include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Qualified Candidates will be able to:
- Serve in a leading role for the design, build, integration, and test of new aerospace and defense systems and subsystems
- Take on unique aerospace and defense engineering problems requiring a strong understanding of physics
- Apply physics-based modeling approaches and numerical methods to multidisciplinary problems
- Leverage software tools such as Python, MATLAB, or equivalent programs
- Perform hands-on laboratory activities, such as prototyping, testing, and data acquisition
- Collaborate with R&D team to formulate conceptual design of products or systems to meet customer requirements
- Develop and execute technical tasks and objectives to meet customers' schedules and budgets
- Support business growth through active participation in bids and proposals

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
