We are seeking a diligent and analytical Financial Analyst in Miami Gardens, Florida, 33169, United States. The chosen candidate will be expected to manage bank balances and monitor the release of funded wires, credits, and commissions. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in a dynamic workplace within the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage both domestic and international bank balances

• Monitor the release of funded wires, credits, and commissions to merchants and brokers

• Communicate proactively with all staff and supervisors about potential issues and changes based on policy agreements

• Research, analyze, and resolve contractual issues in coordination with merchants and internal departments, while upholding company processes and policies

• Address contracts, commission, and payment-related discrepancies with the clientele

• Create general standard operating procedures and oversee the training of new hires

• Prepare meticulously detailed documents for financial investors

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Computer Data Entry skills in executing day-to-day tasks

• Understand and manage the Funding process and Debt Repayment

• Carry out Account Analysis and Month-end Close Activities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

• Ability to perform Computer Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Familiarity with the Funding process and Debt Repayment strategies.

• Experience in Account Analysis and financial reporting.

• Knowledge of Month-end Close Activities and financial reconciliation processes.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
