Accenture Technology Delivery Lead in Miami, Florida

Job Description

As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of technology solutions and services to clients. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing the technology delivery team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The work can be performed remotely with the exception of travel to the client when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor the technology delivery teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

  • Manage resources to meet SLA’s and financial targets.

  • Meet with stakeholders weekly to build relationships by engaging with them to understand their needs, expectations, and concerns.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

  • Keep up to date with the latest Windows, Cloud, and Virtual technologies to drive innovation in project delivery and encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience working with Microsoft Windows Server

  • Minimum 7 years of experience with Virtual/Hypervisor technologies

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Azure Cloud Services

  • Azure Cloud Certification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in additional cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong presentation skills for delivering project updates and reports.

  • Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.

  • Experience in managing projects with stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

  • Ability to foster a positive team culture and motivate team members.

  • Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Strong track record of delivering successful projects.

  • Experience with automation and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

  • Understanding of ITIL framework and practices.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
