  • This job is a member of the Operational Excellence Team within the Technical Operations Division.

  • Responsible for facilitating the development and execution of process improvements utilizing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies within maintenance operations.

What you'll do

  • Develops and facilitates cross functional teams in improvement activities that focus on front line leadership within the Line Maintenance organization

  • Works collaboratively with operational leadership and represented work groups to develop and implement sustainable solutions

  • Manages multiple projects and provides regular updates on status and performance against plan

  • Must be able to travel to other maintenance locations as required

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent training

  • 3-5 years of experience leading process improvement projects in maintenance/ production/ heavy industry setting

  • Experience working and communicating effectively with multiple levels of management and represented work groups

  • Experience in delivering workshop/classroom training

  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or equivalent

  • Previous Airline Operations experience

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • ​Ability to manage multiple projects and meet delivery targets

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
