Ryder Logistics is seeking a qualified ServiceNow Developer to join their growing team as they implement ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management). Responsibilities include the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions tailored to their business needs. In addition to technical proficiency, the role requires the ability to work directly with end-users, ensuring a seamless adoption of ServiceNow functionalities across the organization. Skills and Requirements

- 5-7+ years of relevant ServiceNow Development experience in an enterprise environment

- Development experience within ServiceNow ideally, ITSM, CMDB, or SPM (SPM experience is highly preferred - ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management)

- Strong overall backend development experience: Develop workflows, custom reports, forms, update sets, create ACL (Access control levels), developing new fields and applying rules around it

- Strong Experience with performance analytics, Experience setting up groups, security rules, permissions, etc.

- Experience upgrading ServiceNow version and integration activities

- Experience with overall administrative and development tasks: configuration, user set-up, permissions, system maintenance, etc.

- Strong understanding of overall business processes and translate it into workflows (How to submit change request/ map out workflows, etc.)

- Excellent interpersonal skills, a go-getter, someone that can think outside of the box and work independently - Specific experience with ServiceNow SPM Module (Strategic Portfolio Management) Technical and Process/ functional knowledge

- Technical Skills: PowerBI, SQL (querying), integration experience, understands APIs

- Experience with ADO/ Jira and high-level understanding of integrations

- Experience working within the Supply Chain/ Transportation domain null
