Robert Half is currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk for a valued client in the Miami area. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering and updating information into the company's database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into various systems and databases.

• Verify and correct data as needed.

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security of data.

• Perform regular data audits and generate reports.

• Assist with administrative tasks as required.

• Ensure data entry tasks are completed within deadlines.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management are a plus.

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with databases.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills.
