Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Miami, Florida. The role involves managing outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining customer data records. This position offers an opportunity for short-term contract employment.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally and persistently manage outbound calls

• Determine the purpose of the customer's call, which may include placing an order, resolving issues with a current order, or answering inquiries about products or services

• Maintain a calm and helpful demeanor throughout the call, even when the caller may be upset

• Assume responsibility for sales, setting appointments, or soliciting donations

• Accurately maintain and update customer information in the CRM

• Use word processing and spreadsheet software to manage and organize customer data

• Exhibit excellent communication skills in potentially stressful situations

• Demonstrate adequate computer skills to effectively manage customer data and communications

• Uphold a high level of customer service throughout all interactions

• Efficiently use the Switchboard to manage 1-10 lines simultaneously. Requirements • Proficiency in operating switchboard phones, handling up to 10 lines simultaneously.

• Significant experience in a Call Center environment.

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Ability to maintain and update customer information files accurately.

• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) tools.

• Proficiency in Word for document creation and management.

• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. TalentMatch®
