Marriott Vacations Worldwide Coordinator Member Services Help Desk in Miami, Florida

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answers any basic format questions in iServices an advisors may ask.

• Faxes last minute confirmations to members.

• Performs administrative duties such as writing reports, faxing, etc.

• Places units on hold for advisors requiring extended hold time.

• Assists Human Resources in booking employee confirmations weekly during specified hours and on the weekends.

• Provides support to Interval and Arise agents via phone and/or chat environment.

• Attend to Employee waitlist.

• Performs other related duties as required.

Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:

• Must possess a minimum of eighteen months Exchange/Travel experience.

• Must be computer literate and be proficient with iServices and Microsoft Office and its applications.

• Must possess excellent problem-solving skills.

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.

• Must be able to multiple tasks.

• Must possess initiative.

• Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.

• Must be able to work 8 Hour Shifts as required.

• Must be flexible as shifts can vary during scheduled shifts, weekend shifts and shift bids (from early to late shifts).

• Must use common sense and make sound decisions.

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting, standing, walking, manual dexterity (writing, typing, handling), operation of automated equipment (computer).
