Robert Half is working with a distributor in the Miami area who is looking for a skilled accounts payable specialist. This role is ideal for you if you thrive in a fast paced environment !

Job duties:

• Verify that invoices are accurate and match purchase orders or contracts.

• Enter invoices into NetSuite

• Ensure weekly AP aging review and accuracy of balances

• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.

• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and resolve delinquent accounts/ opened credit card balances

• Make sure all invoices on statements have been received by the company and ensure any past due are included in the weekly payment run.

• Payment run approvals and resolving charge discrepancies

  Requirements

• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance is a PLUS

• Strong usage with excel; pivot tables and Vlookups

• Experience using an Accounting software (SAP, Netsuite, GP,QB)

• Bilingual; english and spanish

• Must be able to work onsite monday-friday
