We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our accounting team in Hialeah, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone starting their career in accounting to gain valuable experience and grow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.

• Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements.

• Prepare and post journal entries.

• Support with month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports.

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance (preferred)

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a must

• Able to work ONSITE
