An excellent company seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join their team!

location: Miami Beach, Florida

responsibilities:

• Experience in preparing and reviewing tax calculations, tax returns, and other tax filings;

• Will be responsible for assisting with the annual tax provision and forecasting the quarterly financial and cash tax rate;

• Assist in managing partnership and corporate tax returns;

• Facilitate Federal and State audits;

• Working knowledge of tax technology systems (Corptax and OneSource) relative to both tax compliance and tax provision areas;

• Assists tax audits. Assist with income tax provision process upon request;

• Interact and correspond daily with tax authorities;

• Assist in ensuring all internal controls and procedures are properly documented and key financial controls are operating effectively;

• Federal and state income/franchise tax audits, including responding to inquiries;

• Perform tax research and memorialize conclusions;

qualifications:

• B.S. in Accounting or related field;

• Partnership experience preferred;

• Public accounting experience strongly preferred;

• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite; proficient in Excel;

• Minimum 3 years of tax accounting/compliance experience;
