You will join the Zebra LA Finance Team with approx. 15 employees located across the whole region and will be responsible for commercial finance support for Mexico and NoLA regions. That means close collaboration with local Sales Teams by providing finance insight and influence, and driving profitable, sustainable, and predictable growth. The position has one direct report (Business Analyst).

Responsibilities:

  • Track performance of each sub-region (revenues, margins, OPEX) against Plan and Forecast; analyze discrepancies and share them with various Teams

  • Support sub-regional Sales Teams to prepare accurate and realistic bi-weekly revenue forecasts

  • Delight internal stakeholders (sub-regional Sales VPs, LA Fin Director, LA FP&A Mgr)

  • Provide ad-hoc analytics and financial insights to help grow Zebra sales in the sub-regions by leveraging finance data cubes; make future projections

  • Provide P&L modeling for non-standard sales opportunities incl. multiple scenarios and their impact on key financial indicators; assess RevRec criteria; collaborate with Corporate Legal and Accounting Teams on contractual T&Cs

  • Recommend, drive, and implement process improvements continually; standardize processes globally; promote usage of the latest technologies

  • Develop knowledge and skills of your direct reports

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Finance/Business/Accounting is required; 5+ years’ experience in Business/Commercial Finance and People Management

  • Ability to prioritize effectively, good problem-solving skills, able to work independently and under pressure and to coordinate multiple requests simultaneously; action-oriented

  • Good communication skills, including excellent English, both written and spoken; plus very good knowledge of Spanish; ability to communicate with Senior Leaders (VPs, Directors)

  • Good people management skills, ability to coach and motivate the Team

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, knowledge of PowerBI is advantage
