Amazon SC Analytics Program Manager, Fulfillment Experience in Mexico City, Mexico
Description

If so, the Fulfillment Experience Organization is looking for a Data Driven Program Manager that will be primarily responsible for the end-to-end program management of the deployment, implementation and launch of the tactical programs and processes that make up some of Amazon's most strategic logistical initiatives. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills and technology experience to partner with several functional groups such as operations, transportation, and other key stakeholders throughout the process.
On this position, you will dive deep in the data, automatize tools, provide strategic insights to management, drive and implement ideas to trigger continuous improvement by simplifying processes and drive automation. This position provides opportunities to influence one of the high visibility/high impact areas in the organization.
Strong candidates will have a history of success in modelling networks and designing operational and information management processes, delivering tangible results, and turning ideas into reality with smart and effective solutions.
Key job responsibilities
Partner with internal Program Managers to refine planning, tools, and processes, and drive the future roadmap for Mexico connectivity planning
Improve performance to plan by identifying, measuring and managing key metrics related to Amazon Fulfillment process improvement and standardization of processes across all sites in the network.
Pull and report data from numerous databases (using Excel, Tableau, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
Participate in long term planning and modeling sessions
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience defining and executing program requirements

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of progressive responsibility in program or project management
Proficiency on Excel
Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
Experience with scripting language (e.g., SQL, Python, Java, or R)
Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
English & Spanish written and verbal communication skills B2- Demonstrable problem-solving, mathematical and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor on any Engineering
Technical aptitude and familiarity with the design and utilization of complex systems
Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes
Ability to drive successful partnerships with cross-functional leadership to execute strategic initiatives and develop strategic roadmaps
Demonstrated strong leadership skills when confronted with difficult situations exhibiting ability to keep the team focused and motivated
