What a typical day will look like
Plan, direct and control the functions of the work team, through the development of the Strategic plan, generating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining current Clients.
The Consulting Manager will accurately lead the area of consulting operations in compensation, planning and supervising the execution of the projects.
Responsible for the direction and coordination of compensation surveys. This includes planning, marketing, data gathering, analysis/quality review, report production, etc
Contribute to the growth of the area's and the company's revenues
Skills and experience that will lead to success.
Have shown experience in the areas of Talent and Compensation (consulting)
Conversational English
Experience in project implementation
Business Skills for New Product Placement
You must have completed a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Administrative Economics.
