We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Process Analyst to bolster our Global Benefits team within HR Services and Digital Employee Experiences (HRSDEE). In this role, you will be pivotal in crafting and refining the processes and tools necessary to streamline our global work-time-tracking and benefit operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance throughout.

Your expertise in work-time-tracking will be instrumental in supporting industry-leading solutions, harmonizing business process flow with financial compliance and regulations, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail to uphold operational and legislative standards. Collaboration with stakeholders will be integral to maintaining compliance, while your oversight will encompass end-to-end governance across business functions, with a focus on documenting flow, controls, underlying systems, and requirements as necessary.

As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for policy alignment, making sure that all processes follow the policies of the organization and the rules of country legislation. This includes developing, improving, and overseeing processes, ensuring the thorough creation of scenarios and test cases, managing end-user testing logistics, and getting business approval. Additionally, you will closely monitor and respond to local legislative changes that affect time tracking operations, compliance, human resources, or engineering domains, enabling smooth adaptation to changing regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as legal counsel and HR teams to ensure alignment with labor laws, union regulations, and compliance standards related to work-time tracking (WTT). Additionally, you will engage with external counsel as needed to deepen your understanding of regulatory environments and further refine operational processes. This collaborative approach aims to foster an environment of continuous improvement and proactive adaptation to evolving legal landscapes, ensuring that work-time trackingremains at the forefront of compliance and efficiency in global benefit operations.

  • Ownership of process design from creation to sustenance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards.

  • Execution of processes will adhere to compliance and controls, with a focus on end-to-end process view. Your role involves understanding policies and aligning them with process design to ensure compliance and efficiency, gathering and refining requirements from customers and vendors for application changes, estimating costs and schedules with the engineering team, and engaging HR and payroll teams forUser Acceptance Testing(UAT), all while proactively executing process-level risk mitigation controls.

  • You will create and enhance processes that help achieve business outcomes and evaluate results using data analysis. You'll partner with stakeholders to establish business process goals, determine local and global policies and boost business process, tool adoption and satisfaction, and oversee cost analysis efforts for implementation, as well as manage and coordinateUAT processes.

  • Monitoring and evaluating processes, you'll conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and communicate findings. Additionally, you will proactively monitor local legislative changes, collaborating with relevant teams, and participate in gathering and prioritizing feedback for tool and process enhancements.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in process management, process execution, process optimization, or related roles.

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • Anunderstanding of labor laws and union regulations pertaining to employment.

Additional/Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND extensive process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience (e.g., data analytics)

  • OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND significant process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience (e.g., data analytics)

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • Experience with work-time-tracking systems and proficiency in Workforce Management solutions.
