Adecco is assisting a client in their search to fill an Accounts Payable Specialist position. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM; 3 days per week, 24 hours total

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Associate's degree in accounting or related financial discipline preferred.

• 1-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong Excel skills required.

• Experience with Lightspeed and Oracle is preferred.

Description:

• Process invoices for payment in Lightspeed accounting system.

• Handle Parts Packing Slips and manage vendor bills.

• Track and record company credit card transactions.

• Verify vendor statements and download invoices.

• Resolve any invoice issues that arise.

• Respond promptly to vendor inquiries.

• Manage expense reports and track company spending.

• Ensure timely payments to vendors.

• Gather and provide documentation for audits.

• Maintain accurate vendor information.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
