Are you looking for a new 2nd shift Production Supervisor role? Do you have CNC experience and have knowledge of Mazak, Okuma, Mitsubishi, Fanuc & Hass Machine? Are you looking for a 4 day work week Monday-Thursday? You will be responsible for leading a team to meet production goals daily. If you are interested pay range starts at $28/hr. work hours: 2:30 PM - 1 AM

Responsibilities

Oversees all daily operations of assigned shift business.

Ensure Company safety, quality, productivity and housekeeping objectives

are met.

Ability to perform both verbal and written disciplinary action for employees

that report directly to you.

Coach, mentor and train employees.

• Take ownership of the team which you are part of and work with other shift

supervisors to ensure cohesiveness.

Operate CNC machines in the event of short staffing.

Recognize problem processes and/or unsafe setups and recommend

alternatives.

Work as a team member to aid all shifts and support personnel to operate to

company standards including quality, production and safety goals.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 6 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
