As an Automotive Billing Clerk, your duties will be predominantly billing related with additional duties associated with titling to support other team members.
Duties:
Preparing electronic billing file for retail and wholesale deals
Logging all deals and dealer trades
Checking all deals for accuracy
Account and schedule reconciliations
Processing wholesale transactions
Processing dealer trades
Lien payoffs
Pay sheets for sales staff
Stocking in new and preowned inventory
Weekly 5 day past due contracts in transit
Monthly wholesale floorplan reconciliation
Qualifications:
Previous experience with accounts receivable
General accounting experience or working with numbers
2+ years automotive billing experience in a dealership environment
Some knowledge of titles preferred
Computer experience with MS Word and Excel
CDK experience preferred
Excellent communication and interaction skills
Detail oriented
Dependable and punctual
