JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB ID: 21032 INTRODUCTION: RETAIL CATERING LEAD - 75% Position Official UW Title: RETAIL/CATERING LEAD University Dining\'s Retail Catering Leads provide positive experiences for University Dining customers in our retail operations and catered events. These position\'s responsibilities include preparing food to order for customers, preparing food for and assisting with catering events on and off campus, and the setup and teardown of retail operations and catering events. Retail Catering Leads direct student employees in food preparation and safe food handling. This position requires a valid driver license. Typical shifts for the positions are as needed based on operational needs. These positions typically work 5 days per week with a majority of hours on nights and weekends when most catering events are booked.
