JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job ID: 21609 JOB DETAILS: University Housing is seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Director for Student Success to join our leadership team! This pivotal role focuses on supporting residential students\' mental health, academic success, access, and holistic development. Key responsibilities include coordinating mental health case management, leading student retention initiatives, overseeing impactful living-learning communities, and supervisory support of Residence Life Coordinators. The Assistant Director will work closely with campus partners to design and implement innovative programs, manage student accommodations, and promote equity and inclusion within residential environments.
