Eaton Corporation EHS and Facilities Leader in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
Eaton’s Industrial Controls Division is currently seeking a EHS and Facilities Leader. This is an on-site position located at our Menomonee Falls, WI location. Relocation assistance will be provided to candidates currently residing within the US/PR.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $108749.97 - $159499.96 a year.

What you’ll do:
This position will set standards and develop processes for the safe, reliable, cost-effective and modern operation of the site. This includes direct management of shipping/receiving, facilities technician and purchasing. This also includes indirect oversight of mail, reception, security, janitorial, HVAC, and all other third-party vendors. This position manages the space plan and reports on occupancy metrics and requires strong financial & analytical skills to model various cost scenarios and recommend options to leaders.
Lead the creation of the site EHS&S targets and objectives (MESH Plan) in support of corporate, regional and business group EHS&S strategic initiatives designed to drive EHS&S culture, compliance and results.
Manage completion of site and workstation-level risk assessments to identify and prioritize EHS&S aspects and hazards.
Utilize the company’s EHS&S database (Benchmark) to manage data related to EHS&S incidents, consumption of natural resources such as water, and EHS&S action plans.
Lead the deployment of MESH element champions and teams and facilitate their engagement in ownership of the activities required to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Manage the completion of a sitewide annual evaluation of compliance with Federal, State, local and company EHS&S requirements.
Identify and support achievement and maintenance of third-party recognition-such as OSHA Voluntary Protection Program, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 – that establish Eaton’s EHS&S program as world-class.
Investigate incidents (including near misses, releases, and losses) and accidents to determine root causes and prepares/directs corrective action plans.
Vendor Management - Daily management of onsite vendors. This includes establishing and holding vendors accountable to key performance indicators for Property Management (building engineering, security, janitorial, mail, switchboard & reception).
Project Management - Use EBS and other management tools to identify, plan, gain approval for, and manage facility projects. This will maintain safety, brand, technology and budget. Examples include space reconfigurations, event planning, and capital projects.
Financial Management - Lead the development of the department's annual budget, track expenses to plan, participate in monthly variance analysis and forecast adjustments. Detailed analysis and financial modeling are periodically required.
Space Management - Design and manage processes for facilities needs to include moves, add, changes. Supervise the space assignment plan, including proactive space planning, restack planning, and utilization reporting.
Systems Implementation - Use EBS and other management tools to design, implement and manage systems and processes that improve the safety, reliability and efficient operation of MOTC.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities Management and/or Environmental Health & Safety
Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
