Aston Carter Performance Specialist in Melville, New York

A reputable company is looking for hire a Customer Service Specialist!

Essential Functions

  • Investigate customer feedback on hotel, transportation, and operational issues.

  • Resolve feedback within Client SLAs.

  • Improve response quality and time.

  • Analyze concerns and create action plans.

  • Maintain supplier relationships through calls.

  • Present analysis and action plans on weekly calls with account directors.

  • Prepare for Client Quarterly Business Reviews.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.

  • Knowledge of the travel industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.

  • Relevant work experience in customer service / hospitality roles

Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

Pay: $20 per hour
