Job Title: Controller - Government Contracts & Multiple Entity

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Controller with expertise in handling government contracts and managing multiple entities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the executive management team to develop strategies for managing financial tasks, including budgeting, auditing, and reporting across several departments and entities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage diverse accounting functions across multiple entities.

• Supervise and manage all government financial transactions, contract negotiations and compliance.

• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis.

• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

• Coordinate the development and monitoring of budgets.

• Direct the audit processes, ensuring compliance with standard procedures and regulations.

• Develop and improve financial policies and procedures.

• Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls.

• Provide guidance to the management team on all financial related activities.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or CPA is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably with experience in government contracts.

• Proven experience in managing multiple entities.

• Strong understanding of GAAP and government regulations.

• Excellent knowledge of data analysis, budget forecasting and risk management.

• Ability to strategize and solve problems.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Proficiency with financial management software.

• Solid ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
