Basic IT infrastructure understanding

3-5+ years of experience as a Data Center Technician

Expert with cable labeling and patch panel management - RAP (Rack Assignment and Provisioning)

High-level understanding of IT infrastructure and data center power systems.

Expert in data center rack troubleshooting and high level ticket completion

Ability to help train and mentor junior technicians

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Ability to work independently and complete tasks without direct allocation.
