Treasury Wine Estates National Account Executive in Melbourne, Australia

About the role

Collaborate closely with the National Account Manager, to develop and execute our sales plan with one of our largest accounts: Endeavour Group. This role involves translating customer strategies into actionable joint business plans, ensuring alignment and meaningful outcomes.

  • Support delivery of key financial targets: volume, NSR, net margin and trade spend budgets.

  • Develop, negotiate, and execute business trading plans.

  • Align key promotional activities with priority brands and new product developments within trade spend parameters.

  • Monitor business performance through insightful analysis, forecasting, and effective P&L management.

  • Facilitate the seamless execution of key agreed activities following the customer plan.

  • Understand and manage TWE product life cycle, identifying NPD opportunities, and optimising brand positioning.

About you

We are searching for a financially savvy individual with a knack for sales and a passion for the wine industry. You thrive in data-driven environments, adept at using analytics to drive sales growth. Organised and proactive, you're comfortable with ambiguity and can effectively plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

  • Strong commercial competencies and business acumen

  • Expert analytical and financial skills – good understanding of excel and a P&L

  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills

  • Capable in planning, execution, and time management
