Langlands Restaurant & Bar
Langlands Restaurant & Bar is modern in nature but at the same time, rustic in character. We offer a fresh, colourful, sustainable and approachable dining experience, with updated menu’s that change with the seasons. Our kitchen provides Victorian sourced produce, married with a local beverage list.

The Role:
As the Barista, you will be working within our Food and Beverage team to support the Venue Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day operations of both of our outlets by making Melbourne's best tasting coffees and creating connections with guests.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Hot and cold beverage production, with coffee being the main focus
Providing personalised and outstanding service to all guests
Keeping equipment clean and operating
Handle all guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manger
Set, clear and reset designated working areas
Qualifications:
About you:
Experience in a fast-paced environment and working as a Barista with 2 years' experience is advantageous
Understanding of Melbourne coffee culture and proficiency in Latte art.
A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage your time
The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
