You will help our business react to changing business conditions with excellent data analysis. We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to join our growing Business Insights team. You will be excited by the project of re-designing our company’s data architecture to support our next generation of products and data initiatives.

Close Business partnering with BNL stakeholders
Analyze, organize/transform &clean raw data from different sources iot be analyzed
Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards using Power BI to communicate key performance indicators and metrics.
Identify, design, and implement internal processes & process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability as well as optimizing data governance strategies, etc.
Create documentation and data dictionaries to share knowledge & to support end-users of data systems

Hard Skills:
Preferred education
- MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, Math, Economics of Commercial Sciences or a technically oriented field
Coding:
Profound Experience with SQL (MS Server)
Microsoft Stack: Excel, Power Query M, Power BI & DAX is a must have skillset. VBA is nice to have
Basic Python data manipulation knowledge (pandas) is required, working with Jupyter notebooks and PySpark is a plus
Database Design :
Hands-on experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) (MCSA preferred)
OracleDB or other RDBMS experience is nice to have
General understanding of relational and non-relational database design, schemas, OLAP, etc...
Practical experience with data warehouse, data vault, data lake, data marts & cubes
Cloud Computing :
Experience with BigQuery (Google Cloud).
Basic understanding of Data Lake layers, containers
Experience with ADLS, Azure Data Factory, etc is a plus
Data Visualization :
- Profound experience in using Power BI and using it to analyze complex data questions, but also to create end user friendly reports. (Tableau is a plus)
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
