Contributions
As a member of the Human Resources team you will be a champion of culture and creating a strong partnership across the business and helping to drive great employee experience through the people of the organization. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuously changing priorities is a huge plus. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with training and development initiatives.
Reply to inquiries from internal customers via phone and/or email in a timely manner
Assist with maintenance of internal HR systems and prepare HR-related reports as needed.
Maintain employee files and records electronically.
Assists in the preparation and delivery of presentations and reports for managers and employees on a variety of HR related topics.
Provide assistance on payroll-related processes and projects
Be proactive; actively engage with cross-functional teams, provide ongoing status of HR processes and projects
Provide support to People Team and it's customers across the organization
Assist with administrative duties as needed by the HR team and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Assists with other assignments and/or special projects as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Active Duty Military
Is within 180 days of separation or retirement
Has received Unit Commander approval to participate in the DoD SkillBridge Program
Bachelor's Degree
Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment.
Must be results oriented and have the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in project management
